     Please read our policies.

Pets - Small dogs are welcome for the $5.00 per pet fee per day. This represents our additional laundry and
carpet cleaning expenses associated with these pets. Any repairs necessitated by the pet will be paid for
promptly by the owner upon presentation of the bill for those repairs. Sorry, no cats allowed.  All dogs must be
known to be people-friendly. If you haven't established this yet, please do not bring them. They are clean,
healthy and free of fleas. They have to be house-broken. All dogs are to be kept leashed when outside, and NO
pet is allowed to enter the swimming pool area. All dogs must have all current vaccinations and have the paper
work to prove it. A up-to-date rabies tags must be on the collar of the dog.  
All pets are NOT to be left alone in rooms, please. (We make it a point not to enter guest's rooms when they are
not there, absent an emergency. However, in the event of a barking dog as a first step we will enter the room,
remove the dog and secure it.

NON-Smoking Policy – The vast majority of our guests insist on non-smoking accommodations, and we have
listened to you! Therefore, we respectfully request that guests do not smoke inside any of the units, which are
all clearly marked with no smoking signs.  Due to the additional costs of cleaning a unit that has been smoked in,
we have no other choice but to apply additional charges to those who disregard our policy.  We apologize for any
inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Check In Procedures - All guests must check in at the office upon arrival.  For guests arriving after 6 pm, we will
charge your credit card and leave signs on the office door (to point you to your cabin) and on the door to your
cabin.  We will leave the light on for you. All guests must register at the resort office. We require to know and
register the exact people in our resort at all times.

Check in time is 3:00 PM.  If you intend to arrive before then, please notify us and we will make every attempt to
have your lodging ready.

Check out time is 11:00 AM.  Due to staffing and the large demand for lodging, extending check out times is
extremely difficult.  If possible, we will gladly accommodate late check outs with pre-authorization and
availability - please just ask.  Otherwise, we respectfully request that guests honor our check out times.  Unless
you have received pre-authorization for a late checkout, a fee of $10 will apply after 11:30 AM, $20 after 12:30
AM, $30 after 1:30 PM, and the weekend rate for a full night after 2:30 PM.  If we have guests arriving for your
room, we may have no other choice but to enter your room & clean it – your belongings would be moved to the
office.

Holiday Minimums -  Holiday bookings require a three (3) night minimum stay.

Deposits - It is our general policy to accept up front deposits, and we do have cancellation fees.  We require a
valid credit card for booking all reservations. We do not accept advance payment by check in lieu of having a
credit card on file.  Upon arrival, you may pay with cash, traveler's check, or credit card.

Cancellations, No Shows - This policy will charge you  a minimum one nights lodging if you do not contact us 72
hours prior to your check in time. During major holidays a 7 day notice is required to the check in date. The guest
booking the reservations is ultimately responsible for paying for the stay. This policy does apply to all
reservations in the case of inclement weather or early departures.

Pool Use - The resort swimming pool is for registered guests only. No day guest use is allowed.

Damages - Should we find any unusual damage after your departure,  your credit card will be charged
appropriately.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guest or vehicles.
We will not be responsible for loss or damages to valuables.

Royal W Resort is not responsible for lose, damage or claims of damages to property of guests due to theft, fire,
accidents or acts of god. Use of our facilities is at your own risk.
